NON-NHS MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND FEES

Insurance medicals, employment medicals, fitness to drive medicals, certain medical reports, private notes for employment, completion of private health insurance forms and certain other similar services are not covered by the NHS. We do, therefore, have to charge a fee for those services. Details are available at the reception desk.


PATIENTS' RIGHTS

You have the right to:

- Be offered a health check when you join a GP practice for the first time.
- Ask for a health check if you are between 16 and 74 and have not seen your GP for the last three years.
- Be offered a health check once a year in your GP's surgery, or at your own home if you prefer, if you are 75 or over.
