Important Update on Appointments (From 1 April 2026)

From 1 April, all GP practices are required to assess all urgent medical requests on the same day.

Our practice is committed to providing safe, high-quality care. However, there may be times when we reach safe clinical capacity for the day.

What this means for you:

We will review all urgent requests on the same day
If we are at capacity, we may direct you to other appropriate services
If you need urgent medical help

If your condition cannot safely wait, please use:

Your local Urgent Treatment Centre
NHS 111 for advice and signposting
A&E for serious or life-threatening conditions

We appreciate your understanding as we work within national NHS requirements to ensure all patients receive safe and timely care.
