CCG for Eastbourne Posted or Updated on 20 Jan 2020

Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Clinical Commissioning Group brings together 110 GPs, working in 21 practices, who look after more than 180,000 people who live in the area.

GPs have a well-established and important role in providing care for their patients, coordinating patients’ care with other health services and speaking on their patients’ behalf. We are a membership organisation, and will build on the strengths of general practice to ensure that our patients receive the best quality care.

We already influence decisions about local health services by working jointly with NHS Sussex, which will commission (buy) services for local people until we take on much of this work in April 2013.

We will be working closely with our neighbouring clinical Commissioning groups in East Sussex; Hastings and Rother CCG and High Weald, Lewes and Havens CCG, and we will continue to work with all of our key partners and stakeholders.
